To obtain the best result, we must work as a team. I need to know about all your positive accomplishments. I have attached a questionnaire that you may use to assist me in gathering information about you, your achievements, and the incident involving the driving under the influence case.
To demonstrate that you should receive favorable discretion from a judge, nothing is better than letters of recommendation. I have attached four sample letters of recommendation. One is from work, another is from church, a third is from a friend and the fourth is from a volunteer where you may have performed a community service.
