I hired Mark after my DUI arrest. Getting a DUI was a regrettable and difficult experience in my life. However, Mark made the process much more manageable. He explained everything in detail and successfully reduced my case to a Wet Reckless. Mark is exceptionally professional and patient, taking the time to listen and answer every question thoroughly, which greatly impressed me. Unlike many others, he doesn’t make unrealistic promises just to get hired. While he may ask you to do some challenging things, these steps not only help navigate the legal process more smoothly but also provide valuable lessons to prevent future mistakes. Mark is fact-oriented, and the value you receive from his services for the price is unparalleled. Don’t drink and drive; it’s a terrible mistake. First time [definitely the last one, great lesson learnt] high BAC with a small crash on freeway with no injury and no other parties involved … I don’t know how I picked him. I think god picked him for me … Sleepless nights and worries for almost nine months … a very detailed oriented and great professionalism person the Mark Blair … Very responsive…. He knows all the ins and outs. Very well managed and a great strategic person managing individual cases… Just follow his instructions… Got my charge reduced and no additional license suspension, no device required… Only one day of sheriff work …. He will try his best to give you the best possible outcome … millions out of ten believe me …I will add this too, there are thousands ppl asking for 5-6k easily…. what a reasonable price he offered which is nothing for what he returns for you… thank you Mark !!!

Mr. Blair is a very knowledgeable and capable attorney. As soon as I contacted him and spoke briefly on the phone, I felt much more at ease about everything and knew that my case was in good hands.
He informed me of all of the legal options available to me based on my case and helped me take the necessary steps to achieve the desired result, which he followed through on in court. Mark both reduced my case and make the whole process much less daunting.
If you’re in a bind, I highly recommend you to contact him immediately!

Amazing lawyer handled my 3rd DUI, had a lot of we have to review this come back in 2 months and he was there during covid. Literally got a case which matched mine pulled up from around 1930’s to prove my time counted because i did a sober living home for a couple months instead of jail, which had to be relevant for me to stay out of jail i’m working full time, and going to school full time. I can understand it was starting to get annoying the case was delayed so many times even the judge changed often and after 3 judges they were confused about the previous judge it was getting prolonged, but he managed to get me through no jail time sober living, I had an ankle monitor for almost two years because of covid with pretrial didn’t even see court. Covid shut down court and postponed it for 3-12 months which was infuriating. In the end he stayed through every court date as annoying as it was, really felt confident hiring him.

I am so glad I chose Mark Blair to help with my DUI! He was truly awesome to work with and really did a great job helping me. He clearly has a vast understanding of DUI’s and the law. With his expert guidance I felt so much more at ease about the legal process. 1000/10. If I could leave 100 reviews on Mark I would. Mark was a godsend during a horrible time in my life where I made a boneheaded mistake but Mark was there every step of the way en route to a dismissed case. I cannot thank Mark enough for how he handled my case and how easy he made it for me to understand all the things I needed to do in order to get my DUI dismissed. If you’re like me one year ago searching for information on who the best lawyer is, look no further. Mark Blair is your guy. He was always so prompt in answering all the questions I had during this uncertain time in my life and I cannot recommend him enough!
